We have been using Consumer Tire Chardon for about 3 years now. Five things have impressed me: (1) their tire prices are very competitive with the other shops, lots of options, and you get free rotation with the ones we have purchased; (2) oil change prices are very competitive; (3) we have successfully used them for other vehicle issues, and they explain things and are not trying to "add on unnecessary work"; (4) they are always busy (which tells me a lot !!!); (5) the owner and staff are very friendly. Great place .. great people.

I'm a regular customer, for a number of years. Routine and nonroutine maintenance done on both cars as well as tires on both cars from Consumer. Routine maintenance on 3/20/2023 - Super efficient, reliable service - done in an hour. As usual, excellent value and great to work with.

Sales staff and technicians very helpful and pleasant. Like supporting local, family owned businesses! Four new tires last week but will return for oil changes, etc. Did not "oversell" saying I needed wheel alignment when I didn't.

The staff at Consumer Tire in Chardon were so nice, very helpful and went above and beyond to work with me to order, purchase, and schedule an installation appointment for my Michelin tires for my 2018 Chevrolet Suburban Premier. They spent the time to answer multiple questions prior to my purchase. Highly recommend Consumer Tire in Chardon. Such awesome people and a great price! When my second vehicle is ready for tires they are the first people I will contact!
